As part of School Improvement work, since 2017, all the MAT Heads have been involved in ‘triads.’ These are groups of three schools that use a Challenge Partners approach to monitor and share best practice. In addition to Headteacher support, the MAT has also developed School-to-School support teachers, who support other colleagues within the MAT or lead networks. Currently these are:
- Kirsten Cameron (St Matthew’s C of E Primary School) – DSL network lead
- Frances Cocks (All Saints’ C of E Primary School, Newmarket) – KS2 specialist
- Vicky Gentry (Hartest C of E Primary School) – English specialist
- Emma Ince (Tudor C of E Primary School) – EYFS specialist
- Alison Marbell (Sproughton C of E Primary School) – EYFS specialist
- Josephine Shepherd (Bramfield C of E Primary School) – EYFS specialist
- Matt Vale-Smith (Long Melford C of E Primary School) – Maths specialist
