Long Melford Church of England Primary School. Our seventh and most westerly school joined the Multi Academy Trust on the 1st of September. Situated in the attractive Suffolk “wool-town” of Long Melford this 215-pupil primary school starts the new academic year with not only a new status as a MAT member but also a new Headteacher – Mrs Amanda Woolmer – who has crossed the Essex/Suffolk border from her previous Headship at Mistley Norman Church of England Primary School.
